With the 22nd annual Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) finishing yesterday, we thought we would you show you what really got us ticking. Only 12.500 accredited individuals were allowed access to this prestigious and exclusive showcase of watchmaking genius in Geneva.
So what have the worlds finest watchmakers been up to?
Richard Mille RM 56 Felipe Massa Sapphire
Constructed of sapphire crystal, this watch took an incredible 1,780 hours to make and costs a cool $1.7m. Only five of these exist!

Greubel Forsey GMT Tourbillon Watch
A white gold case with a solid gold minutes dial still isn’t enough to impress us but the single-axis 3D flying globe that does a 24 hour rotation does.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Tradition Minute Repeater Rose Gold Watch
A simply stunning visual which includes Calibre 947 mechanical movement.

Roger Dubuis La Monégasque Flying Tourbillon Watch
Only 188 of these timepieces exist with this beautifully decorated face.

TAG Heuer Mikrogirder 2000 Chronograph
This is a a dual-assortment watch with a chronograph that counts time with 1/ 2000th of a second accuracy, oscillating at the frequency of 7,200,000 beats per hour. How’s that for precision?

Rotonde de Cartier Minute Repeater Flying Tourbillon
It took fives years for Cartier to complete the construction of Rotonde de Cartier Minute Repeater Flying Tourbillon timepiece. This watch has the coveted Geneva seal certification and is comprised of 447 components and 45 jewels. Costing just shy of $300,000 only 50 off these will be made and even worse the French watchmaker can only produce 20 of these a year.

IWC Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar TOP GUN
We love this watch, not purely for the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School’s TOP GUN logo on the back, but the fact that it’s the most complex pilot’s watch ever built and looks damn cool.

Vacheron Constantin Male Tourbillon Watch
Renowned for their tonneau shape, this Maltese Cross inspired Vacheron Constantin watch is made of elegant 18k pink gold.

A Lange 1 Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Watch
Beneath the face is mechanical wizardry as this watch contains the very first rotating peripheral month ring ever integrated in a wristwatch

Cartier Skeleton Grand Complication Pocket Watch
Limited to just 10 pieces, this 1930’s inspired pocket watch would look great poking out of a waistcoat.

I love the look of that Jaeger-LeCoultre!!! Not my usual style but love it all the same!!!
